Solution for docker is damaged and can't be opened and Docker recognized as malware on Mac intel

Solution: Install docker GUI using brew instead of .dmg package. The following worked on 2021 Intel i9 Macbook pro 16 running macOS 13.4.1 22F82.

brew uninstall --cask docker --force
brew uninstall --formula docker --force
